Monica's mother contacted us with a request to make a balloon decoration and surprise for her daughter’s 7th Birthday party. The idea and theme of Monica’s birthday was makeup💄 They planned to celebrate the birthday at home, so we suggested to make an organic balloon garland and a composition with number 7 as a backdrop, decorate the stairs at the entrance and add a surprise box with a gift from mom inside.

What was the first stage of creating the decoration?
